Detoxifying Green Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of kale, washed and stemmed

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped

  • 1 apple, cored and chopped

  • 1 lemon, peeled and quartered

  • 1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and grated

  • 1/2 teaspoon of honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender or juicer.

  2. Blend or juice until smooth.

  • For a sweeter juice, you can add more honey to taste.

  • If you don't have a juicer, you can grate the kale, cucumber, and apple and then puree them in a blender with lemon juice, ginger, and honey.
