Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries, chopped

  • 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp raw honey

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

  • 2 tsp organic coconut oil

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.

  • Combine chopped strawberries, greek yogurt, and honey in a medium bowl.

  • Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet using a spoon or a small cookie scoop, spacing them out evenly.

  • Place the tray in the freezer for 30 minutes to allow the yogurt clusters to firm up.

  • In the meantime, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth and fully melted.

  • Remove the tray from the freezer and, using a fork or toothpick, dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.

  • Place the coated clusters back on the parchment paper.

  • Optional: Sprinkle crushed nuts, dried fruit, or coconut flakes on the chocolate-covered clusters for added texture and flavor.

  • Return the tray to the freezer for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

  • Once the chocolate is completely set, transfer the chocolate strawberry yogurt clusters to an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator.
