PREP TIME 5 minutes
CHILL TIME 1 hour
TOTAL TIME 1 hour 5 minutes
1 1/2 cups strawberries, chopped
1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
1 tbsp raw honey
1 cup dark chocolate chips
2 tsp organic coconut oil
Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
Combine chopped strawberries, greek yogurt, and honey in a medium bowl.
Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet using a spoon or a small cookie scoop, spacing them out evenly.
Place the tray in the freezer for 30 minutes to allow the yogurt clusters to firm up.
In the meantime, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth and fully melted.
Remove the tray from the freezer and, using a fork or toothpick, dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
Place the coated clusters back on the parchment paper.
Optional: Sprinkle crushed nuts, dried fruit, or coconut flakes on the chocolate-covered clusters for added texture and flavor.
Return the tray to the freezer for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Once the chocolate is completely set, transfer the chocolate strawberry yogurt clusters to an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator.
